It's not fair, Allison,
Earthquake prediction is always an iffy proposition. There are certain signals, Radon emission, as in this case, sulphur in aquifers, and the unrest of animals, but these examples don't occur every time. I don't see how this court can hold their geologists' feet to the fire, with a world wide consensus that there is no logical method to e-quake prediction.

I mean, there is sophisticated euquipment and all to try to make a predicton but isnt' an earthquake like a hurricane in that there is reallly no way to accurately predict what will happen? Allison
