09/14	0715	Canyon Fire is still at 4,000 acres and 10% contained.  The fire is moving to the southeast and continued to burn actively through the night.  Safety concerns with steep ground and active fire behavior. Per the CHP, travel is not recommended on Caliente Bodfish Road between SR 58 and Lake Isabella due to large amount of fire equipment in the area. On Hwy 178 only 1 lane is open in each direction.
