09/12	1930	Buckhorn, Fish Camp, Madera County 95 Acres 25 MMA (Wildfire Monitor/Confine/Contain) 1 to 3 Acres average per day until significant rain or snow Low to moderate fire activity in growth and spread
09/12	1930	Canyon Fire, Sequoia NF, Kern County, Hwy 178 near Kernville 8 miles west of Lake Isabella Coopers T/2 (Central Sierra IMT) Ordered with tentative transition scheduled for 1800 hours on 9/13/10 at the Kernville District Office on Kernville Rd. ICP to be located at Tank Park, Lake Isabella, Kern County (5000 Lake Isabella blvd.  Lake Isabella, CA) Lowes Dispatch Team also requested to SQF expanded         700 acres, 0% contained. Moderate to rapid rate of spread. Area has dispersed cabins and ranches and some private lands 81°, RH 10%, winds SW @10MPH gusts to 18, There were evacuations of campgrounds SW of Lake Isabella toward Black gulch
09/12	0730	Highway 71 Fire, Chino, San Bernardino County  65 acres, Fire has burned into heavy riparian vegetation requiring extensive mop-up.
