I would urge you to go online to McAfee and run their online scanner. This
can catch things that might be evading your software.

As for Clamwin: While I don't know the program and am not going to make any
claims for it, if Clamwin is finding these things you report, it's doing its
job.

Whatever antivirus you run, set it to run regular scans, as well as the
on-demand scanning. (Right now, I'd urge you to set it for at least daily!)
