 SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS-
 938 AM PST SUN FEB 6 2011
 
 ...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM PST THIS MORNING...
 
 THE WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM PST THIS MORNING. 
  
 OFFSHORE WINDS IN THE HILLS WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE THROUGH
 MIDDAY. SINCE THE PERIOD OF STRONGEST WINDS HAS NOW PASSED THE
 WIND ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. SOME LOCAL GUSTS TO
 AROUND 45 MPH WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON
  BUT WIDESPREAD STRONG WINDS ARE NO LONGER EXPECTED.
