Oh? If police don't pursue high speed flee-ers then every crook in the country will know simply to go 100 MPH and he or she will be home free.

This is NOT relevant to CD and neither was the original posting but Richard having personally experienced this story felt compelled to share it and given it was a one-time thing we're not upset about it.

However, any further comment should go to the discussion group to which I'm cross-posting this response.
