If I had meant to criticize anyone in that message, it could have been
anyone or everyone who participated in the thread, including myself. Louis,
I understood your message to have an "I'm ready to move on" tone, which
meant I could stick in my reminder without cutting anyone off.

But the point was not to criticize anyone, nor even the thread, but to focus
on a gentle reminder that we do have a topic as a group, that we have
"rules" even though we haven't been enforcing them during the past year and
a half of low activity.
