NASCAR guys are pretty well trained but they aren't driving on a LA City Street.

Sorry but a cop doing 100 on a city street is not that much better than a scumbag doing it.

Cops TRAINED cops have fired sidearms through their windshields in pursuits.

Adrenaline and endorphins are drugs you just don't need a dealer or lab.
