The 405 Freeway is expected to reopen between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. today, hours ahead of schedule. Caltrans officials had planned to reopen the freeway at 5 a.m. Monday, but crews made quick work of taking down the south side of the Mulholland Drive Bridge.
