FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS ARE DRIFTING SLOWLY WESTWARD
TOWARDS PALMDALE. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
LAKE LOS ANGELES...LITTLE ROCK...PALMDALE...AND LANCASTER.
