07/12	0800	The National Weather Service has issued a Red flag warning in effect for dry lightning from this afternoon. Through this evening for the Southern Sierra Nevada in Tulare and Kern counties as well as for the Kern County Mountains and Deserts.   In addition a flash flood watch remains in effect from 1100 hrs pdt through this evening for portions of Southwest California including the following Areas of Apple and Lucerne valley Coachella valley Riverside County Mountains San Bernardino County Mountains San Diego County Deserts and San Diego County Mountains. http://www.weather.gov/
