[californiadisasters] LAC-Lincoln Incident?

I'm picking up traffic on Verdugo dispatch of the "Lincoln" incident...anyone have any info? Sounds like Montebello, Monterey Park and LACoFD are on scene...possibly in the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area
