11/09/2013	0800	Torro Fire CA- SLU-9086 W/O Moro Bay, San Luis Obispo County Toro Creek Rd. / Hwy 41 West Morro Bay. Jurisdiction: FRA / CAL FIRE DPA 75 acres, 50% Contained burning in brush and grass (Verenis IC) local Type 3 Incident organization is managing fire Fire is on Los Padres NF lands within CAL FIRE DPA 12 homes immediately in the fire area remain threatened with an evacuation warning still in effect, however residents have been allowed to repopulate. ICP located at Cuesta Conservation camp, San Luis Obispo. Ground resources making good progress despite communication challenges
