Works exceptionally well on the iPad with one finger to move map and multi touch to zoom or shrink view.

A colorful map can serve as an icon on the iPad if you save it as a web app to your home screen where you can access it like all the other weather apps.

I already have an older version of this on the iPad from
http://hint.fm/wind/ which is current USA. Wind is B&W only. The longer it runs the more detailed and accurate it gets.

Lin's find is much better since it is a global view.
