07/23/2014	1800	CA-NOD Malt Flat Fire: 495 acres brush and grass, 0% containment. Rapid rate of spread. 75 degrees, RH 18%, wind WSW 24 gusting 39. Threat to Wilderness study area and Sheldon-Hart Wildlife Refuge.
07/23/2014	1745	CA-SHU Bully Fire: 12,661 acres, 95% contained. Incident transitioned back to the local unit at 1000 this morning. Significant demobilization of resources was completed today.
07/23/2014	1130	CA-LMU Lightning Fires: 27 acres, 75% contained.
07/23/2014	0715	CA-SHU Bully Fire: 12,661 acres, 95% contained. Incident will transition back to the local unit at 1000 this morning. Significant demobilization of resources will be completed today.
