THE NAPA    HILLS WILL SEE THE STRONGEST WINDS AS WELL AS THE SONOMA    COUNTY HILLS NEAR MT SAINT HELENA AND MT TAMALPAIS IN MARIN    COUNTY.    * TIMING: FROM NOW THROUGH 5 AM MONDAY MORNING.    * WINDS: NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH FREQUENT    GUSTS FROM 30 TO 40 MPH OVER THE RIDGES ABOVE 1500 FEET.
