Temp 86 °, 17 %RH, Wind 5 MPH Commitment of Forest Service air and ground resources.

Hwy 140 closure in the community of El Portal. Temp 75 °, 23 %RH, Wind 13 MPH, SSW Commitment of Forest Service air and ground resources.
10/07/2014	0715	Scattered wet thunderstorms will occur in the deserts from the Coachella Valley eastward through Wednesday.  One or two thunderstorms may also occur in adjacent areas of the San Bernardino and Cleveland N.F.  A slow cooling trend is expected to continue the next few days with temperatures returning to near normal readings by Thursday.
