CNN is showing some new footage of the tsunami wave traveling over farm land near Tokyo.    Absolutely like nothing we've seen before or ever recorded on film.    Incredibly awful to watch.    The place is destroyed.

Tsunami is very possible for this size on a subduction zone like this at that size.... same size as last year's Chilean quake which generated a Pacific-wide tsunami.

Just watched CNN live coverage of a major tsunami hitting the shoreline in
Japan. Buildings sailing by, cars in the water. This is going to be very
ugly.

Early mags are sometimes off. This could be upgraded and the tsunami watches
and warnings expanded (even for California).
