Makes me wonder about the flashes of light sometimes seen at the horizon when quakes occur...

These are sometimes pretty intense.

Not I. While it be interesting and possibly a step toward, I would hope that far more conclusive research be completed before anyone begins to use such as truly a  -warning signal- though.
