I believe that's the fire alongside the 405, and it's pretty much done.

Fire in Mandeville Canyon is, I believe, the Mandeville Fire.

Quebecs on scene and making drops, refilling in the ocean.*

* These are a pair of "Super Scoopers" that LACo leases from Province of
Quebec each year after their fire season ends. They refill with water by
flying low over a body of water and lowering a scoop. In other words,
they're flying like inches above the surface! (And right now, they're doing
this over the ocean!) BTW, they always work as a team, never separately.
