I second that in its entirety.... Lin is an integral part of this operation but usually behind the scenes other than her wonderful list-postings... and she is quite modest at all times.

Lin does a lot of the behind the scenes 'stuff' on many groups.  It's behind the scene because she doesn't do it for ego like some.  She tends to be a bit shy, so everyone PLEASE wish her a Happy Birthday as publically as you can.  (Thanks)
