Hi, I'm afraid I have had to cheat regarding 'clotted cream' (even though like Allison I've probably had it before, lol).

That beats any explanation I could have given, lol.

I don't know the exact definition of clotted cream but I have had it at high teas on scones and it was lovely. Allison

Once Mark
explains what "clotted cream" is, we can close this OT thread.  I've heard of
it and it was described as a wonderful dish, but sounds like (my soups) a way
to clog the plumbing and create heart problems.
