Something's not adding up with these photos. Nearly every auto shown is from the 70's or earlier. Could they be file photos to make the story?

Twenty-five years ago, a 5.9-magnitude earthquake hit Whittier. It's one of the biggest events in this city's 125 year history. Some say Uptown still hasn't recovered but residential areas certainly have.
