Robert,

Your part of the world is starting to sound like a broken record with late winter into early spring year after year there being prevalent drought and Red Flag Warnings in various parts of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, etc. This is climate change and people can argue until they're blue in the face as to the cause(s) but that there is something different going on that when we were kids is no longer in intellectually or factually viable dispute.
