[californiadisasters] R.I.P. Seismo-Watch.com
Sadly, Seismo-Watch.com is no longer.
Check here: http://www.seismo-watch.com/
For those of you not familiar with this website and it's various seismo-watch columns, Seismo-Watch used to be in many newspapers around California throughout the 1990's and into the 2000's.
I remember quite specifically that their NorCal weekly column appeared in the Santa Rosa Press-Democrat and their SoCal weekly column appeared in the Bakersfield Californian.
Individuals could get subscriptions to these weekly columns that covered particular regions of the state and provided analysis of individual quakes and of general trends in seismicity.
I spoke with Mr. Watson some years ago and he told me his website got hacked into and destroyed and that he was too disheartened to to get back into it as much as before.
Although he soldiered on a bit longer it appears he finally capitulated.
