A seed was created by a living organism. It draws on the available resources, the soil, the water and energy from the sun. It contains LIFE. Meteors do none of these things as they are not living organisms. Your theory may wash on Star Trek, but in our world it won’t fly.
I’ll also warn you about how you speak to folks on this list. This is a place of sharing knowledge and ideas (not fantasy) and of learning. The tone of your message is bordering on argumentative, which isn’t allowed here and NEVER with a moderator. Politeness will let allow you to stretch the limits of the group, arguing will get you moderated or worse. Being snarky is a guarantee for this to happen. Tone it down.
So if you have some proof of your theory of planet creation to back up your ideas, bring it. Otherwise drop it. Minds more knowledgeable than ours have been working on this for generations. For me, the answer starts with “In the beginning” but we will not go down that road here.
