[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (11/13/10-10AM)

11/13	1000	** Tentatively November 20th Operations Southern California (OSC) will move to winter preparedness schedule. The situation report will be completed every Thursday with all Federal agencies required to submit data prior to 1700 hours unless otherwise instructed.  The Federal agencies will no longer be required to submit daily resource information as this report will no longer be posted until next Fire season or conditions warrant.
11/11	0730	Strong gusty offshore winds through and below passes and canyons are forecast into early Friday for the San Bernardino, Riverside County valleys, the Inland Empire, Santa Ana Mountains and foothills.
11/10	0730	Gusty winds to affect Southwest California Wednesday and Thursday.
