The National Weather Service warned of fire danger this weekend in Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties dues to high winds and warm temperatures.

Wind gusts of up to 45 mph are expected in some canyons, and humidity will be less than 10%. Temperatures will hit the 80s during the day in some spots, but some high-desert areas could see lows in the 20s.

The weather is caused by strong offshore winds. On Friday, a small fire broke out in the hills above Orange, but no homes were threatened.

Sunday will see lighter winds and more moderate temperature ranges, according to the NWS.
