At this hour there is unrest in San Francisco as vulgarians and vandals there opportunistically use the boisterous public celebrations of the San Francisco Giants World Series Championship-winning victory tonight as the impetus to riotous lawlessness.

Thus far a fire engine was temporarily taken over by the crowd and a policeman was hit by a bottle and now there are small fires burning.
