I see no "mass" hence where's the "mass effect"? 

Now had this been a decade or so ago and this had been say Reverend Sun Young Moon then you'd have a mass problem. Even Jim Jones was a small event and that Comet Cult you had back a few years ago in your own land of Fruit and Nuts.
