That's a good webcam, I've been using Breckenridge #6. The fire's on the other side of our ridge here in Bear Valley Springs.

 

The Keene Complex is threatening homes in Keene and along Jacaranda rd in north Bear Valley Springs (although, I haven't heard it actually reaching that road yet). I'm keeping an especially close eye on this one as the fire's on the north side of the mountain, and I live on the south side of the mountain below the ridge.

 

This morning, multiple engines screamed by into Bear Valley Springs and we've had aircraft left over from the Canyon fire, and still doing mopup, dealing with that one.  It's about 5 seperate fires...merging into one complex.

 

There are reports of the "Commanche" fire in Stallion Spings (southwest side of Cummings Valley) that, at last word, about 1,000 acres and they were having difficulting getting resources for. 

 

The Indian Complex fire ...seperated from the Keene Complex, on the north side of Tehachapi.   There is also a "Crest" fire north end of Sand Canyon, I don't have a lot of information on.

 

Those are just the highlights. Kern County Fire Department says 40 fires were going on in Kern county this morning:
