I have never been able to pump gas in Oregon going back to the year I was first there in 1981 as an eleven year-old.

Can't pump your own fuel in Oregon?  When did this happen?  Last time I was in Oregon, I pumped my own fuel.  Admittedly it's been a few years ago.

It's illegal to pump your own fuel in Oregon ? For heaven's sakes, why? Doesn't it add to the price? I don't even know of any places here in Houston where u don't pump your own gas/diesel. Allison
