Rim Fire, CA-STF-2857, Tuolumne County, FRA
16,228 acres, 5% contained. 2,500 residences and 3 commercial buildings threatened, 2 residences and 7 outbuildings destroyed.  The fire has crossed the confluence of the Tuolumne and Clavey rivers and is burning past Walton Cabin Springs.  The fire has encroached and crossed Hwy 120 and has moved into timbered areas.

Gobblers Fire, CA-BDF-11417, San Bernardino County
40 acres, 0% contained.  The fire is burning in steep, rocky, inaccessible terrain, Potential for rollout.

Shirley Fire CA-SQF-3229, Kern County, FRA
849 acres, 42% contained.  No projected movement is predicted.

Spring Peak NV-HTF-30475, Mineral County, (informative only)
14,300 acres 20% contained
Minimal fire behavior in the morning with increased activity in the afternoon related to the thunderstorms.
