08/05	1800	Aspen Fire CA-SNF-1732 20,797 acres 75% contained All closures remain in effect.
08/05	1600	Falls Fire, CA-CNF-2512 400 acres 0% contained Fire is moving south and east and has established itself in the San Mateo Wilderness.  Lakeland Village is immediately threatened; Rancho Capistrano, repeater sites and cell phone sites are also threatened.  Lakeland Village and Rancho Capistrano Decker Canyon are under evacuation orders.  Ortega Highway (Hwy. 74) closed.   If the fire continues to spread into the San Mateo Wilderness it will create ingress and egress problems due to the lack of roads into the area.
08/05	1245	Falls Fire, CA-CNF-2512, Lake Elsinore, Riverside County Location: Ortega Hwy X Tenaja Truck Trail, Lake Elsinore 70 acres 0% contained Moderate Rate of Spread 1 Structure Threat
08/05	1045	Power Fire CA-STF-2613, Tuolumne County 100 acres, 0% contained FRA Possible threat to Donnell Power House
08/05	0715	Aspen Fire CA-SNF-1732 20,617 acres 75% contained All firing operations have been very successful Closure on the Stump Springs Road remains in effect.
