You can harvest the URL from RadioReference and the scanner audio works fine under safari (iPhone).  Or you can enter it into the 5-0 radio scanner app (free) and still hear it while you do other things.  Even my 3GS can run the app though everything runs better on the iPhone 5. 

Mind your battery charge and download quota, if any.
