Threat to the communities of Igo, Ono, Anderson Valley, and Cottonwood with some continued evacuations in place. Risk to infrastructure specifically the power transmission/distribution lines and residential water delivery. Incident challenged by safely repopulating evacuated areas due to hazard trees and repair to local infrastructure. Firefighters are working on direct line construction; mop up, patrol, hazard tree removal and continued damage inspections for the communities affected. Repopulation Plan continued with some residents allowed to return to their homes. CB-SCU-Morgan Fire: 3,133 acres, 95% contained. Expected containment 09/13/2013. Derum/Patterson, Unified Command. Fire resources are continuing with mop-up and tactical patrol operations. Fire suppression damage repair continues in conjunction with State Parks. There was significant demobilization of resources today. FOBS confirmed today that there was damage to two radio vaults and U.S.C.G. has been notified. The incident is planning transition of command to SCU, 0700 Friday. CA-SRF Corral Complex: 12,345 acres, 79% contained. Expected containment 09/18/2013. Franklin, ICT4.The fire continues to smolder and back southwest into the Horse Linto drainage. In the interior of the fire perimeter isolated patches of snowbrush ignited. These events are well inside the primary indirect containment lines. Rolling material is still a concern. Most burning material that does roll out should not cause progression of the fire and will also be well inside the primary indirect containment lines. A transition from CIIMT #3 to a Type 4 Organization took place today at 0600. CA-KNF Forks Complex: 36,254 acres, 68% contained. Expected containment 10/10/2013. Herald, ICT3. Resources continue to make significant progress with suppression repair operations. Resources will continue to patrol the Salmon River Road, mop up to 300 ft. where completion can be made safely. Fire activity will continue to be monitored in Nordheimer drainage. |

CA-SHU Clover Fire: 7,993 acres, 65% contained. Expected containment 09/15/2013. Smith, CAL FIRE Team 5. Threat to the Communities of Igo, Ono, Anderson Valley and Cottonwood with evacuations in place. Risk to infrastructure in the form of threatened power transmission/distribution lines and residential water delivery. Incident challenged by safely repopulating evacuated areas due to hazard trees and repair to local infrastructure. Firefighters are working on direct line construction, mop up, patrol, hazard tree removal, and continued damage inspections in the communities affected. A repopulation plan will be instituted. CA-SCU Morgan Fire: 3,133 acres, 90% contained. Expected containment 09/13/2013. Derum/Patterson, Unified Command. Ensuring fire stays within established control lines. The fire is expected to continue to smolder inside the containment line as the weather continues to become hotter and dryer. The fire continued to creep and back southwest into the Horse Linto Drainage. Rolling material is still a concern. Most burning material that does roll out should not cause progression of the fire and will be well inside the primary indirect containment lines.
