Incident Management Team:	CAL FIRE Incident Command Team #5 is in command.
Conditions:	CAL FIRE, Shasta County Sheriff's Office, Shasta Public Works, and PG&E are continuing to working diligently to eliminate hazards within the fire's perimeter to repopulate evacuees. Phase One of the re-population plan was implemented at 10:00 AM this morning. Firefighters continue to make great progress on strengthening control lines, and mopping up hot spots around the fire perimeter. Fire suppression repair and rehabilitation has begun. The Damage Inspection Team will continue to assess damaged properties within the affected communities. The evacuation center has been relocated to Igo Community Church (6287 Placer St. in Igo) Road Closures: *Cloverdale @ Clearcreek *Gaspoint @ Clearcreek *Clearcreek @ Honeybee *Cloverdale @ Dale *Gaspoint @ Lower Gas Point
