WIND GUSTS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF 45 TO 55 MPH EXPECTED WHILE WIND
GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS WIND PRONE VALLEY AREAS.
THE SANTA ANA WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO WEAKEN THURSDAY
EVENING...ALTHOUGH LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS ARE STILL EXPECTED THROUGH
FAVORED CANYONS AND PASSES.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 10 AND 15 PERCENT
WEDNESDAY MORNING MOST AREAS...WITH VALUES IN THE LOWER TEENS COMMON
ACROSS THE WARNED AREA BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. ALSO...AFTERNOON
TEMPERATURES IN VALLEYS AND FAVORED COASTAL AREAS WILL BE IN THE
UPPER 70S AND 80S. POOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED
