01/17/2014	0830	Colby Fire CA-ANF-231. 1,700 Acres, 30% contained. 6 residences destroyed; 7 damaged.  1,000 structures remain threatened. Mandatory evacuations still in effect in community of Mountain Cove. Wakoski Type 2 IMT assumed command @ 0600 hrs.
