Re: [californiadisasters] I-15 closed due to bridge fire in Hesperia



From the images I've seen on Twitter they were constructing an overpass of the freeway and it was largely still in wood frame state prior to pouring concrete and somehow (probably welding as that is usually the story) it caught fire and burned and the structure has now partially collapses across the entire freeway which will be closed for a day or two until they get all that cleared out which will be a 24-7 operation under floodlights at night I'm sure.

I guess 395 has not been affected by this, at least not a closure
