[californiadisasters] Moderate Santa Ana Wind for Southern California November 16-17



Offshore, Santa Ana, wind will develop on Sunday and continue on Monday. This will bring breezy to locally windy conditions to many areas except the San Diego coastal regions. It will also result in very low humidity, or dry air, and warm temperatures. The wind will decrease by Tuesday and be followed by a slow cooling trend.
