BARBARA THIS EVENING. STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH AND
BELOW THE PASSES AND CANYONS IN THE VICINITY OF MONTECITO.
ISOLATED WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 55 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.
