Cause:  Lightning

Firefighter Injuries: None

Total Personal:  792

Current Situation: A fast moving thunderstorm hit the south side of the fire making an immediate threat to the Stallion Springs area.    

 

Recommended Evacuation Orders: Stallion Springs is being evacuated to Jacobsen Junior High School at 711 Anita in Tehachapi.

 

Cooperating Agencies: CAL FIRE, Kern County Fire Department, Stallion Springs Police Department, California Highway Patrol, American Red Cross, CalEMA, SCE, Tejon Ranch, Department of Water Resources, Kern County Sheriff's Department.
