National Weather Service Hanford has issued a winter weather advisory 
above 6000 feet remains in effect until

0500 hrs for Sierra Nevada from Yosemite to Kings Canyon-Tulare County Mountains

Thursday for the higher elevations of the southern

Sierra Nevada. Snow accumulations' to 5 inches above 6000 feet.

snow showers will begin around daybreak. Heavier

snowfall will develop during this afternoon and evening.

and include: Yosemite Kings canyon and Sequoia

National Park Devils post pile Huntington Lake Shaver Lake

and Ponderosa. Winds southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts

to 50 mph in the high country

2236 acres, 93% contained

tentative out briefing 0900 today at the Camp Pendleton fire EOC.

Fire is in patrol status through the night shift

ICS 209 will be finalized this evening
