10/17/2013	0800	Great California ShakeOut earthquake drill. Today October 17th at 10:17 a.m. people in schools, businesses, government offices, organizations, and households will practice "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" and other aspects of their emergency plans in the annual Great California ShakeOut earthquake drill.
