Offshore wind gusts to 35 mph with single digit RH can be expected with poor RH recovery expected tonight.  Temperatures will reach the lower 90s over portions of Southern California the next two days.  Other areas will see temperatures 5-8 degrees above normal through the week.  Winds will decrease late Wednesday afternoon.  No wetting rains are expected the next 7-10 days.
