THE SECOND CHILDS NAME IS VANESSA...A...MARTINEZ...A 5 YEAR OLD AMERICAN INDIAN FEMALE. THE SUSPECT IS LEONARD...DALE...TUTTLE...JUNIOR...A 30 YEAR OLD AMERICAN INDIAN MALE. POSSIBLY DRIVING A 2002 WHITE...MITSUBISHI...LANCER...CA LICENSE PLATE NUMBER 5...PAPA...INDIA...BRAVO...3...4...7.
