Any student interested in being a class officer next year or in senate please stop by the activities office at lunch to pick up an application. All applications are due at lunch by Wednesday April 2nd.
Prom tickets are on sale and today is the last day for $20.00. The price increases to $25 on April 2. Juniors and Seniors may purchase tickets in the Activities Office during lunch. You must have your ID to purchase a ticket. It is your responsibility to read the rules on the back of your ticket. They are also up online and in your agenda.
Prom spirit week is this week:
Wednesday is Fairy Tale Day, dress like your favorite fairy tale character
Thursday is Dreams Come True Day- dress as what you want to be in the future
Friday is Fancy Friday.
Please remember that you need to be in dress code each day.

Art club meeting today during lunch G113
Our Volcano Vista Winterguard took 2nd place overall at the Cibola Winterguard Competition this past Saturday. Congratulations to all the Winterguard members and to Mr. Gallegos their instructor.
There is a band concert tonight, April 1st at 6:30 in the PAC.
ATHLETICS:
Congratulations to the Boys Golf Team for winning 1st place in the APS Invite Golf tournament yesterday at Desert Greens. They were first in a field of 16 teams. Congratulations also goes out to Sophomore Tristen Gutierrez who was the 1st Place Medalist, beating a field of 79 other boys in the tournament. Great effort by Senior Jessica Guajardo and Junior Marlena Garza for their play as well for the Girls team. They both earned another leg towards the State Golf Tournament in May.
