...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY  EARLY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY OVER MOST  OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES...    .A STRONG SURFACE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN OVER THE GREAT  BASIN. THIS WILL RESULT IN A STRONG SANTA ANA WIND EVENT OVER MUCH  OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES BEGINNING SUNDAY EVENING  THROUGH EARLY MONDAY EVENING. THERE WILL BE THE POTENTIAL FOR WIND  GUSTS EXCEEDING 60 MPH FOR THE MOUNTAINS OF LOS ANGELES AND  VENTURA COUNTIES INCLUDING THE SANTA MONICA RANGE...AS WELL AS THE  SANTA CLARITA VALLEY. WIND GUSTS COULD REACH 50 MPH IN SOME OF THE  WINDIER VALLEY LOCATIONS. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL LOWER TO THE  TEENS WITH SOME ISOLATED AREAS REACHING SINGLE DIGITS DURING THE  DAY ON MONDAY. A DECISION WILL BE MADE ON SUNDAY MORNING WHETHER  OR NOT THIS OR PART OF THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH WILL NEED TO BE  UPGRADED TO A RED FLAG WARNING OR CANCELLED.
