Brush fire near I-805 and SR-52

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A brush fire erupted near northbound Interstate 805 and state Route 52 Tuesday afternoon.

The blaze was reportedly caused by a car fire, which spread to nearby brush.

Several fire engines and a fire helicopter were called in to help. The fire appeared to be close to containment.

It was not known if there were any road closures.
